Build A Golem Launch Notes
First public week: two codes, a stone crafter, and offline earn on the icon.
Launch week for Build A Golem is the reason this wiki exists. Coverage sites woke up on 1–2 September 2026, the same window the experience updated and RELEASE / THANKS went live. This page freezes that week so later patches have a baseline.
What shipped
- Loop: roll golem parts → buy → assemble on the glowing stone crafter → mine Cash.
- Offline earn called out on the icon art.
- HUD: gear Settings with Redeem Codes, left Shop / Index / Rewards, right Time Skip and Starter Pack at 8 Robux, luck percent and Cash at the bottom-left.
- Codes: RELEASE = 75,000 Cash. THANKS = 15-minute Time Skip. Redeem path documented on how to redeem.
- Servers: max 6 players, Simulation / Incremental Simulator, free, minimal maturity.
- Creator: group mesmerizing (really), ~15k members, Discord invite circulating with the code articles.
No badges were listed on the universe at wiki build time. No public Trello. No official rarity PDF.
First-week player mistakes
- Redeeming THANKS before a miner exists.
- Buying only arms with RELEASE Cash.
- Pasting Army LuckySpin into Settings.
- Ignoring Index and selling a first crystal core.
- Logging off with an empty plot despite the OFFLINE EARN banner.
All five are covered in getting started on purpose.
Numbers snapshot (early September 2026)
- Visits: ~830,000
- Playing: ~1,900
- Favorites: ~7,500
- Rating: ~96% likes
- Group members: ~15,000
These are a snapshot, not a live API. They tell you the game is new but already busier than leftover 2025 Army servers.
What launch did not include
A named legendary list. A PvP arena. A Trello. A second crafter. Voice chat. Those absences matter because YouTube will keep autoplaying Army sieges beside this title. If a “launch trailer” shows swords and spawners, it is not this launch.
How we will treat the next patch
New key → test Claim! → add to codes. New part family → add to parts tier list as unranked until Cash/s is observed. HUD move → controls. Script break → scripts. We will not rewrite this launch page; we will add sibling notes under the updates hub.
Coverage on 2 September 2026 agreed on the Settings path: gear, scroll, Claim!. They disagreed on tiny reward wording — GameRant called THANKS “Cash” in one line, Dexerto and Beebom called it a 15-minute Time Skip. We list THANKS as the skip because that matches the in-game Time Skip product and the later Dexerto table. If Claim! ever grants Cash instead, this page will note the swap.
The crafter screenshot from that week is the spawn you still get: pizza-hoodie avatar, orbiting dirt parts, cyan stone frame, lanterns, fence. If your spawn is a war castle, you launched Army. The HUD screenshot is the Settings card with Music, Sound Effects, Low Graphics, and Redeem Codes — that layout is the launch baseline for controls.
If you arrived the week of 2 September 2026, your homework is small: redeem both keys, snap a dirt miner, park it, join Discord. Everything else on the wiki is extra credit for the second session. Use the starter checklist so you do not invent a thirteenth step.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for rolling parts, crafting golems, and claiming cash.
What codes launched with the game?
RELEASE (75,000 Cash) and THANKS (15-minute Time Skip), verified 2 September 2026.
When was the game created?
26 June 2026, with a visible update on 1 September 2026.
Is there an official launch trailer?
Roblox lists a preview video asset. YouTube coverage is mostly code videos and live sessions, not a cinematic trailer.
Did launch include PvP?
No. This title is incremental mining. Combat tycoon footage is Golem Army.
Should I still redeem RELEASE in later weeks?
Yes if Claim! still accepts it. Launch keys last until the developers kill them, not until the calendar flips.
