Time Skip in Build A Golem
THANKS is free. The 5M pack costs Robux. Neither crafts a golem. Both need a body on a plot.
Build A Golem sells waiting as a product. Dirt miners tick near $5/s. Crystal bodies on the official thumbnail jump to huge $/s. A Time Skip shoves that clock forward while you stay in the session. It is not a second crafter and not a luck roll. Players burn THANKS on an empty hole, then buy the Time Skip (5M) pack on the right for 8 Robux and burn that too. This page splits the three clocks: the free code skip, the Robux pack, and offline progress.
Codes live on the codes hub. Redeem clicks live on how to redeem. If Claim! did nothing, read codes not working before you spend Robux.
The three clocks
1. Live mining. A complete golem on an unlocked plot ticks Cash while you stand there. No skip required.
2. Session skip. THANKS (15 minutes, free, verified 2 September 2026) and Time Skip (5M) (five minutes, 8 Robux at launch) jump plot time now. You must already have a body assigned. The skip does not assemble parts and does not raise luck.
3. Offline earn. Close Roblox with a miner parked. Cash continues. That is the icon banner, not a code. Details: offline progress.
Use skips to compress a session you are already playing. Use offline to cover the hours you are away. Mixing them is fine: park, THANKS, then log off.
THANKS first, pack later
THANKS is a launch promo. Type it in Settings under Redeem Codes. Dexerto and Beebom list a 15-minute skip. GameRant’s table printed THANKS as “Cash” the same week — that is a tracker error, not a second reward. After THANKS succeeds, the 8 Robux Time Skip (5M) button is optional. New files should not buy it until a miner walks. The Starter Pack next to it is also 8 Robux and is not a skip; skip that pack until you understand the mining loop.
Never type TIMESKIP or STARTERPACK into Settings. Those labels are shop products.
Order of operations
- Redeem RELEASE for 75,000 Cash — codes.
- Buy a complete set (head, torso, arms, legs). Dirt is fine.
- Snap on the crafter — how to build.
- Assign the golem to a plot. Confirm $/s is not zero.
- Claim THANKS.
- Only then consider the 5-minute Robux skip on your best parked body.
- Log off so offline covers the rest of the night.
Step 4 is the one people skip. A skip on $0/s is a donation to the void.
What a skip does not do
- It does not roll the Shop.
- It does not fill Index slots.
- It does not unlock islands by itself. Islands cost Cash you earn from mining — mining loop.
- It does not replace luck. Spend leftover Cash on luck after a miner exists, not before.
If you skip during a recraft, you can freeze an empty plot. Finish the snap. Then skip.
Robux math without a spreadsheet
Launch HUD shows Time Skip (5M) at 8 Robux. THANKS is 0 Robux and longer (15 minutes vs 5). Always drain THANKS first. Buying the pack to “test” a dirt miner at $5/s wastes the purchase. If you buy a skip, park the brightest body you own — crystal core if you have one, mix if not. Rank cores on the parts tier list.
After the skip
Watch Cash. If it did not move, the golem was not assigned or you were on Army. Check controls for the plot HUD. Then follow the starter checklist so THANKS never fires on an empty file again.
This wiki is unofficial. Pack prices can change in a shop row without a patch blog. Recheck the right-hand buttons after the September notes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for rolling parts, crafting golems, and claiming cash.
Is THANKS a Time Skip or Cash?
A 15-minute Time Skip. RELEASE is the 75,000 Cash code. GameRant listed THANKS as Cash in error.
Should I buy the 8 Robux Time Skip?
Not on a new file. Redeem THANKS on a parked miner first. The pack is optional later.
Why did my skip do nothing?
No golem on a plot, or you typed a shop label into Settings. See codes not working.
Does Time Skip stack with offline earn?
Yes. Skip in-session, then log off with the miner still parked. Offline guide.
