Build A Golem Offline Progress
Official copy says your golems work offline. Empty plots still pay zero.
The game icon stamps OFFLINE EARN across a purple crystal miner for a reason. Build A Golem is designed so you can close Roblox and come back to Cash. That is the difference between this incremental and a clicker that dies when you tab out. It is also easy to waste: people dismantle their only miner, claim THANKS on an empty hole, then wonder why the overnight bag is light.
What keeps running
Placed golems keep mining while you are disconnected. The loop does not need you to stand next to the plot. You do need:
- A complete body (see how to build).
- That body assigned to a plot.
- The plot unlocked. Future islands you have not paid for do not tick.
Inventory parts, unopened Starter Packs, and unclaimed Rewards do not generate Cash while you are away.
What does not run
Luck rolls. Shop refreshes. Index discoveries. Promo codes. Those need you in the server. Offline is mining output only.
If you leave mid-assemble, you have no miner. Finish the snap before you quit. If you leave to “reset lag,” wait until Cash/s is visible on the HUD.
Time Skip versus offline
A Time Skip fast-forwards plot time while you are in the session. Offline covers the hours you are gone. Use both:
- Place the best miner.
- Claim THANKS or a Robux skip for an instant burst.
- Log out so the rest of the night still pays.
Skipping then immediately dismantling the golem cancels the point. Keep the body on the hole.
How long to stay away
There is no published cap in the description. Incremental Roblox games often cap offline hours. Until the developers post a number on Discord, assume a generous but finite window: log in at least once a day to collect, spend, and re-park. Do not treat a two-week vacation as a crystal-tier payday on a dirt body.
When you return, spend idle Cash on one upgrade or one limb from the parts tier list. Dumping everything into random rolls at 0% luck is how overnight money evaporates. Read luck if the shop is still commons.
Practical log-off checklist
- Best miner on the best unlocked plot.
- No half-built body in the crafter.
- RELEASE already claimed (do not save a code “for later” if it can expire).
- THANKS claimed only if a miner is ticking.
- Rewards button checked.
- You know tomorrow’s spend: plot, limb, or luck — pick one. The starter checklist prints this as a list.
Why dirt still matters overnight
$5/s is 18,000 Cash per hour if it truly runs without a cap. That is not crystal-tier, but it is more than AFK staring. Replace dirt when you can, yet never log off with zero miners because you sold the tutorial body “to make space.” Space does not earn. Golems do.
If you crash mid-session, relaunch and look at the plot before you recraft. A crash does not usually delete a parked miner; recrafting “to be safe” is how people wipe a crystal core. Screenshot Cash/s before you quit so the next login has a number to compare.
Patch notes that change offline caps will be recorded on updates. Until then, treat offline earn as real, finite, and dependent on a parked body — exactly what the icon promised.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for rolling parts, crafting golems, and claiming cash.
Do Build A Golem miners work offline?
Yes. Official copy advertises offline earn. The golem must be complete and placed on a plot.
Is there an offline time cap?
Not published at launch. Log in daily until Discord posts a number.
Does luck roll while I am away?
No. Only placed miners generate Cash.
Should I use THANKS before logging off?
Yes, if a miner is already on a plot. Then leave that miner parked.
